The Work of Byron Katie, facilitated by Marty Epstein, is the process of self inquiry that will help you expose the disconnecting thoughts you’ve fallen into agreement with and help you back into the delight of connection with your true self.

With gentle facilitation, you are guided in every session back to your true center of love and your own accepting heart.

STRUCTURE

Sessions with Marty last about an hour.

We can meet in person, by phone or by Skype.

In this way, I meet with people from many parts of the country.

NOTE Before your session, please download the Judge Your Neighbor Worksheet and complete it for our use during the session. We will base The Work on the situation and statements you provide, starting the inquiry into what you see, feel and believe to be true as a result of your experience.

Group of 4 Sessions $450

For profound inner growth and change, a series of sessions help you reach an expanded state of understanding and an accepting heart.
