That’s why broken communication, especially at work, results in chaos or ill will or disrupted roadmaps…and why it can create so much suffering.

Effective Conversation and The Work of Byron Katie can be learned. It is a mystery why these skills are not more routinely taught in work settings.

Facilitations in The Work are simple and innate: we’ll make fundamental improvements in how people – staff and executives – operate and get things done.
