Facilitated by Marty Epstein and often with other Certified Facilitators, these events offer the opportunity to explore The Work of self-inquiry in the company of others over a period of time. Since moments of disconnection from self often happen in relationships, healing can be more effective when supported by skilled facilitators and others in a group setting.

Come and join us on a transformative journey from fear to freedom at our upcoming retreat, “Meditation: A Mind at Home with Itself. Embracing Love in Action” taking place in the idyllic French countryside from June 15th to 21st. Inspired by the profound teachings of Byron Katie and Stephen Mitchell’s “A Mind at Home with Itself,” our 6-day immersive experience is designed to guide you through self-discovery and transformation.understanding, exploring how it is to live from an identified place of self versus dissolving into our true nature, pure love.

“All it takes is an open mind, a mind willing to question any stressful thought that arises within it. When we understand who we really are, behind all our confused thinking, we discover the constant, effortless generosity that is our birthright”.

We will be exploring how our identities and concepts affect our daily lives and how, with the questioning mind, we can wipe the slate clean at any moment.

Throughout the Retrat we will be diving into practical exercises, doing The Work with each other and individually and supporting ourselves to wake up to how it is to be at home, now. As we uncover and discover together the thoughts that create so much suffering in our lives, we will be experiencing the empathic skills of listening and speaking from the heart.

Evie Gibbens is a Certified Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie, a student of A Course in Miracles, a student/teacher of Nonviolent Communication and a Yoga Instructor. In the past Evie has worked as a Samaritan (suicide and bereavement support). Evie has facilitated self-inquiry training in Zimbabwe, the US and throughout Europe.
